Common questions

What if the schedule is a scan?
It works as long as the scan has a text layer. If it's a pure image, we tell you so and charge nothing — run it through your scanner's OCR and upload again.
What if my client has 300 assets?
Same price. The per-schedule fee doesn't scale with asset count, which is exactly the case where re-keying hurts most.
Do you support UltraTax or CCH?
Not yet as a direct destination. UltraTax has no spreadsheet import for 1040/1120/1065 — the route is through Fixed Assets CS, and we've written up how that works. CCH is next.
Is this tax advice?
No, and deliberately so. The tool transcribes what the schedule says. It never picks a method, a life, or a basis — that judgment is yours, and keeping it that way is what keeps us inside the §7216 auxiliary-services lane.
Who sees my client's data?
It's processed in the United States and deleted within 30 days, or immediately if you press the button. It is never used to train an AI model.
