What the service does — and doesn't

We transcribe the depreciation schedule you upload into an import file for your tax software. We do not provide tax advice and make no determination affecting any tax liability. We do not select depreciation methods, recovery periods, conventions or basis. Where the source document does not state a value, we leave it empty and flag it rather than supply one.

Your responsibility

You are the tax professional. You review the reconciliation, resolve flagged rows, and are responsible for the return. The service is a data-entry aid; it does not replace your review of the imported figures.

Your authority to upload

By uploading a document you confirm you are authorised to disclose it to an auxiliary service provider for the purpose of preparing a return, consistent with Treas. Reg. §301.7216-2(d)(1) and your own professional obligations.

Pricing and the guarantee

Conversions are charged per schedule at the price shown at checkout. Season-pack credits do not expire within the season in which they are purchased. If a conversion's totals do not reconcile you cannot download it and you are not charged. If a file that reconciled turns out to be materially wrong, tell us and we refund it.

Availability and limits

The service is provided as is. We aim for continuous availability but do not guarantee it, particularly against a filing deadline — plan accordingly. Our aggregate liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid us for the conversion in question.

Acceptable use

Upload only documents you are entitled to process. Do not attempt to circumvent rate limits or the reconciliation gate, or resell the service as your own without a written agreement.
